Welcome to Nudge! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nudge mobile application ("App") operated by Nudge ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Nudge, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Nudge is a personal finance tracking application that allows you to:

Track income and expenses
Categorize transactions
View financial analytics and insights
Receive AI-powered financial advice (Pro feature)
Track subscriptions and recurring payments

3. Account Registration

To use Nudge, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Nudge Pro Subscription

Nudge offers a premium subscription ("Nudge Pro") with additional features:

Monthly Plan: Billed monthly, auto-renews until cancelled
Lifetime Plan: One-time purchase, lifetime access

Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information when using the App
Use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes
Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Not share your account credentials with others

6. Financial Disclaimer

Nudge is a tool for personal finance tracking and education. The AI Coach provides general financial guidance based on your data, but:

We are not financial advisors
Our suggestions should not be considered professional financial advice
You should consult a qualified financial advisor for important financial decisions
We are not responsible for financial decisions you make based on App information

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Nudge and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nudge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
